dc.descriptionThere are results of research into antigenic properties for some non-pathogenic corynebacteria species, which have R- and S- colony s types, in this article. We have approved three different immunization schemes and have taken highly active intact Corynebacterium terpenotabidum УКМAc-610T, Corynebacteriumflavescens УКМ Ac-611T, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes УКМ Ac-732T, Corynebacterium vitaeruminis УКМ Ac-718T, Corynebacterium variabile УКМАс-ІІТ1, Corynebacterium glutamicum УКМАс-733 and Corynebacterium sp. УКМ Ac-719 cells specific immune serums. Scheme of immunization, in which C. terpenotabidum УКМ Ac-610T, C.flavescens У KM Ac-611T strains (R-form), andC. variabile УКМАс-717Т strain (S-form) were used, became the most effective. It has been proved that species of non-pathogenic corynebacteria differ by the degree ofimmunogenicity between each other. We have established that C. variabile УКМАс-717T and C. vitaeruminis У KM Ac-718T strains were the most immunogenic, whereas the least immunogenic was C. ammoniagenes УКМ Ac-732T strain.en
dc.description.abstractУ статті наведено результати дослідження антигенних властивостей деяких видів непатогенних коринебактерій, що характеризуються R- та S-формою колоній. Апробовано три різні схеми імунізації та отримано високоактивні імунні сироватки, специфічні до інтактних клітин Corynebacterium terpenotabidum УКМАс-610Тиn, Corynebacterium flavescens УКМАс-611Тиn, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes УКМ Ac-732Тиn, Corynebacterium vitaeruminis УКМ Ac-718Tun, Corynebacterium variabile УКМ Ac-717Тиn Corynebacterium glutamicum УКМ Ас-733 і Corynebacterium sp. УКМ Ас-719. Найбільш ефективною виявилась схема імунізації, у якій використано штами С. terpenotabidum УКМ Ас-610Тиn і С. flavescens УКМАс-611Тиn, що характеризуються R-формою, та С. variabile УКМАс-717Тиn (S-форма). Встановлено, що види непатогенних коринебактерій відрізняються один від одного за ступенем імуногенності. З'ясовано, що штами С. variabile УКМ Ас-717Тиn та С. vitaeruminis УКМ Ас-718Тиn були найбільш імуногенними, тоді як найменш імуногенним виявився штам С. ammoniagenes УКМ Ас-732Тиn.uk
