Abstract
Під час воєнного стану в Україні доволі важливими для українського бізнес-середовища є проблеми мотивації персоналу на підприємствах з огляду на особливості ситуації. У багатьох країнах світу, де наявні такі кризові ситуації, як збройні конфлікти, воєнний стан так чи інакше впливає на функціонування підприємств, установ та організацій, зокрема на мотивацію їхнього персоналу. Метою цієї статті є дослідження впливу воєнного стану, що є результатом збройного конфлікту, на мотивацію співробітників компаній, а також пошук шляхів вирішення проблемних питань, пов’язаних із мотивацією, що постають у бізнесі сьогодні. У статті розкрито поняття внутрішнього і зовнішнього регресу мотивації, спричиненого наслідками війни в Україні. Розглянуто чинники, які його формують. Досліджено психологічні розлади, спричинені наслідками воєнних дій на території України, а також їхній вплив на співробітників компаній; зовнішні чинники, зумовлені наслідками збройного конфлікту, що призводять до зовнішнього регресу мотивації персоналу. У результаті аналізу та зіставлення зовнішніх і внутрішніх чинників регресу мотивації, а також їх розгляду відповідно до піраміди потреб А. Маслоу визначено оптимальні шляхи зменшення регресу мотивації, щоб підтримувати високий рівень продуктивності та вмотивованості співробітників компаній. Це допоможе вирішити важливі актуальні проблемні питання мотивації персоналу під час воєнного стану. Результати дослідження можуть стати важливим допоміжним інструментом для українського бізнесу у складних умовах збройного конфлікту, сприятимуть розумінню та розв’язанню проблем із мотивацією персоналу.

Actual problems of personnel motivation at enterprises, taking into account the peculiarities of the martial law, are a rather important topic of the Ukrainian business environment today. In many countries of the world, where such crisis situations as armed conflicts are ongoing, martial law in one way or another affects the functioning of enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as the motivation of their personnel in particular. This article aims to investigate the impact of martial law, resulting from the armed conflict, on the motivation of company employees, as well as to find ways to solve the issues related to the motivation that arise in business today. Accordingly, the article will provide an explanation of such concepts as internal and external regression of motivation caused by the consequences of the war in Ukraine. In addition, it will be considered which aspects form such a regression. Thus, human psychological disorders caused by the consequences of military operations on the territory of Ukraine and their impact on company employees will be investigated. Along with this, the external factors created by the repercussions of the armed conflict, which lead to the external regression of personnel motivation, will be investigated as well. As a result of the analysis and comparison of both components and their further consideration in accordance with A. Maslow’s Pyramid of Needs, the optimal ways to reduce the regression of motivation will be determined, which will allow maintaining a high level of productivity and motivation of company employees. Based on this, this article aims to solve important issues of personnel motivation in the conditions of martial law as a result of armed aggression. The results of the study can become an important supplement tool for Ukrainian businesses that operate in the difficult conditions of armed conflict, contributing to the understanding and solving of problems in the field of personnel motivation.
