| dc.description | This article is an attempt to compare and analyze concepts of post-industrial society by Daniel Bell and information-oriented society by Valeriy Khmelko, whose concept is believed to be attributed to the Marxism legacy. Post-industrial society is interpreted by Daniel Bell as a society «founded on knowledge», where the scientific knowledge, especially its theoretical aspect, is considered as foundation for the imminent social structure. The Khmelko s concept focuses on the societal production as a dominant power of the information-oriented society, while information is considered as a product of human creative activity, that will determine and structure other spheres of the forthcoming societal existence. Both concepts, analyzed in the article, do not give a straightforward answer for the question put, offering instead a certain theoretically unlimited spectrum of the possible development directions in the network of the information-oriented society paradigm. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | У статті робиться спроба порівняльного аналізу концепцій постіндустріального суспільства Деніела Белла та інформаційного суспільства Валерія Хмелька, теоретичним джерелом яких вважається марксизм. Постіндустріальне суспільство Беллом трактується як «суспільство, що грунтується на знаннях» - при цьому підкреслюється важливість наукового, і перш за все теоретичного, знання як основи майбутньої соціальної структури. У концепції Хмелька розглядається домінанта суспільного виробництва інформаційного суспільства - інформація як продукт творчої діяльності людини, яка й визначатиме і конструюватиме решту сфер майбутнього суспільного буття. Обидві аналізовані концепції не дають чіткої відповіді на поставлену проблему, пропонуючи натомість певний теоретично необмежений спектр можливих варіантів розвитку подій у межах парадигми суспільства інформації. | uk |
