dc.dateThe paper analyses determinants of transitional county's external trade diversity as a factor of country's resistance to external shocks at international commodities' markets (on the case of Ukraine). A modified version of the gravity equation is applied to test the dependence of Ukraine's trade diversity from proposed variables. The use of the trade diversity measure as an indicator of macroeconomic policy success is suggested, due to existence of the endogenous impact of trade diversity on the GDP level.en_US

dc.description.abstractУ статті аналізуються чинники, що впливають на диверсифікацію торгівлі в країнах з перехідною економікою як фактора стійкості країни до шоків на міжнародних ринках товарів (на прикладі України). Для тестування залежності диверсифікованості української торгівлі використано модифіковану версію гравітаційного рівняння. Пропонується також: використовувати показник диверсифікації торгівлі як індикатор ефективності макроекономічної політики через наявність ендогенного впливу диверсифікації торгівлі на рівень ВВП.uk_UA
