dc.descriptionIn the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, when artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly integrating into all spheres of the economy and society, the study of the interdependence between human capital development and the implementation of AI acquires particular significance. The absence of a comprehensive understanding of this interaction complicates the formation of effective economic policies aimed at ensuring sustainable development, mitigating social risks, and enhancing the competitiveness of national economies.The article examines the complex dynamic relationships between human capital and technological innovations in the field of AI. Special attention is devoted to substantiating the concept of the “spiral of mutual influence between human capital development and artificial intelligence,” which explains how investments in education, science, professional training, and healthcare stimulate the creation and dissemination of AI technologies, while AI itself alters the requirements for knowledge, skills, and competencies of the workforce, thereby shaping new trajectories for societal and economic development.A theoretical spiral model is proposed, describing the sequential stages of this mutual influence: from the accumulation and enhancement of human capital, which serves as a catalyst for technological progress, to the transformation of labor demand structures and the emergence of new forms of employment under the influence of AI. The model demonstrates that in the context of digitalization this process has a cumulative character, generating an acceleration effect in innovation and requiring the continuous renewal of educational and social policies.The methodological foundation of the research includes the analysis of contemporary scientific sources, a logical-systemic approach, elements of comparative analysis, and modeling of socio-economic processes.The findings demonstrate that the interaction between human capital and AI is not linear but cyclical, forming a new paradigm of economic development. The proposed model enables a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of this interaction, an assessment of its impact on long-term economic growth, and can be applied to forecasting labor market transformations, defining strategic priorities of public policy, and shaping adaptive educational strategies.en_US
dc.description.abstractВ умовах четвертої промислової революції, коли штучний інтелект (ШІ) активно інтегрується в усі сфери економіки та суспільства, дослідження взаємозалежності між розвитком людського капіталу та впровадженням ШІ набуває особливої значущості. Відсутність цілісного уявлення про характер цієї взаємодії ускладнює формування ефективної економічної політики, спрямованої на забезпечення сталого розвитку, зниження соціальних ризиків і підвищення конкурентоспроможності національних економік.У статті досліджено складні динамічні зв’язки між людським капіталом і технологічними інноваціями у сфері ШІ. Особливу увагу приділено обґрунтуванню концепції «спіралі взаємного впливу розвитку людського капіталу та штучного інтелекту», яка пояснює, як інвестиції в освіту, науку, професійну підготовку та охорону здоров’я стимулюють створення й поширення ШІ-технологій, тоді як сам ШІ змінює вимоги до знань, навичок та компетентностей робочої сили, формуючи нові траєкторії розвитку суспільства та економіки.Запропоновано теоретичну модель спіралі, що описує послідовні етапи цього взаємного впливу: від накопичення та примноження людського капіталу, який є каталізатором технологічного прогресу, до трансформації структури попиту на трудові ресурси й появи нових форм зайнятості під впливом ШІ. Модель демонструє, що в умовах цифровізації цей процес має кумулятивний характер, створюючи ефект пришвидшення інновацій та потребуючи постійного оновлення освітніх і соціальних політик.Методологічною основою дослідження є аналіз сучасних наукових джерел, логікосистемний підхід, елементи компаративного аналізу та моделювання соціально-економічних процесів.У результаті доведено, що взаємодія між людським капіталом і ШІ має не лінійний, а циклічний характер, формуючи нову парадигму економічного розвитку. Запропонована модель дає змогу глибше зрозуміти механізми цієї взаємодії, оцінити її вплив на довгострокове економічне зростання та може бути використана для прогнозування трансформацій ринку праці, визначення стратегічних пріоритетів державної політики та формування адаптивних освітніх стратегій.uk_UA
