Item Analysis of Economic Factors in the Context of Healthcare Reform in Ukraine(2026) Inozemtsev, SerhiyThe study aimed to assess the impact of economic factors on the healthcare system renewal in Ukraine. The study analysed key regulatory documents that affect healthcare financing and management and compares the Ukrainian model with those of other European countries, such as Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. To obtain the results, data for 2019-2025, including official statistics on sector financing and access to healthcare services, were used. The main findings of the study indicate significant regional disparities in access to healthcare services in Ukraine, which appear to be associated with the uneven distribution of financial resources. The available data suggest that healthcare reform based on the principle of “money follows the patient” has improved funding for healthcare facilities in large cities, while rural facilities tend to remain comparatively underfunded. In addition, the study determined that higher incomes provide better access to healthcare services, while people with lower incomes face financial barriers and informal payments, which worsen access to healthcare. Comparisons with healthcare models in Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic demonstrated that systems with compulsory health insurance provide greater financial stability and equal access to healthcare services. The Ukrainian system requires significant reforms to address regional disparities and improve the efficiency of financing. To conduct an integrated analysis of the dynamics and ecological consequences of wildfires on Biriuchyi Island (Azovo-Syvash National Nature Park) between 2014 and 2024 using satellite monitoring tools. The study aims to identify spatial and temporal patterns of fire occurrence, assess their impact on vegetation and fauna, and highlight the environmental threats exacerbated by the ongoing occupation and lack of fire management. Methods. The study utilized NASA FIRMS (MODIS and VIIRS sensors), Sentinel-2 data, Google Earth Engine, and weather archives (RP5) to detect and map fire anomalies. Temporal-spatial analysis was performed based on fire radiative power (FRP), thermal brightness, fire coordinates, and weather parameters. Multisource data were integrated to validate fire events, and Sentinel-based NDVI changes were analyzed to assess vegetation damage. Results.Two primary fire peaks were identified: June and August 2024. The highest FRP (35.15 MW) and temperature (367 K) were recorded on June 10. Fires exhibited clear diurnal patterns– higher intensity during the day and more detections at night. Vegetation loss and fire scars were confirmed via Sentinel imagery. Occupationrelated factors (lack of suppression, military activities) were linked to increased fire spread. Post-fire satellite data showed significant degradation of native vegetation and fragmentation of habitats for deer, amphibians, and migratory birds. Conclusions. The fires on Biriuchyi Island have caused severe disruption to ecosystems through soil erosion, vegetation loss, and trophic imbalance. Restoration requires urgent actions: wildlife population monitoring, reforestation with native species, erosion control, and regulation of ungulate density. The use of satellite tools proved essential for detecting small-scale fires and monitoring ecological dynamics in inaccessible territories. Without active intervention, cascading degradation is likely, including microclimatic shifts and invasion of alien species. A collaboration between the “Archaic” Research Lab and the Institute of Archaeology of the NAS of Ukraine has resulted in the digitization of nearly 100 archaeological materials from Kyiv and Southern Rus’, including sites like the Kytayiv Complex and the Church of Saints Borys and Hlib. These digital tools serve a dual purpose: safeguarding sites from both wartime destruction and urban development, while simultaneously enhancing research through precise morphometric and technological analysis. By integrating initiatives like the Ukrainian Heritage Digitization and Dissemination Initiative (UHDDI), the project ensures that fragile artifacts and in-situ sites remains accessible for future generations, fostering public engagement and cross-cultural studies even under continuous threat.Item Еволюція системи міжнародних об'єднань як функціональне відображення інституційних тенденцій розвитку міжнародної інтеграції в західноєвропейському регіоні(2026) Бутенко, ІлляУ статті розглянуто еволюцію механізмів інтеграції в державах західноєвропейського регіону в контексті безпекової співпраці на національному та недержавному рівнях. Проаналізовано процес створення інтеграційних об’єднань Ради Європи, Європейського економічного співтовариства, Європейського Союзу, Організації Північноатлантичного договору та Західноєвропейського союзу як приклади інтеграції на рівні урядів, а також створення Європейського об’єднання вугілля і сталі, Євроатому та концерну Airbus як приклади інтеграції на галузевому рівні. Науковий інтерес спрямований на визначення основних факторів політики регіональної інтеграції в Західній Європі в період Холодної війни. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що на еволюцію політик регіональної інтеграції в Західній Європі щодо безпекової політики вплинули такі зміни, як деколонізація західноєвропейських імперій після завершення Другої світової війни, втрата актуальності франко-німецького протистояння, розбудова повоєнних практик державного управління на засаді принципів верховенства права, ринкової економіки та вироблення спільних стандартів в управлінні, а також зміна міжнародного балансу сил під час Холодної війни. Наголошено, що безпекова інтеграція в західноєвропейському регіоні є частиною ширших процесів європейської та євроатлантичної інтеграції, що зосереджуються навколо мережі міжнародних інститутів, кожен з яких має свою зону відповідальності, тож функціонування всієї інфраструктури системно пов’язане з участю держав регіону в таких організаціях, як Рада Європи, Європейський Союз, НАТО. Також зазначено, що формування спільної військово-промислової політики є одним із засадничих аспектів європейської інтеграції, що бере початок у повоєнному баченні завдання міжнародної інтеграції як механізму недопущення регіонального протистояння через ремілітаризацію держав Західної Європи.
