dc.descriptionThe article examines issues related to children’s creative activities in the digital environment, considering the conditions that must be met for the proper implementation and effective protection of their rights. It reviews national legislation, EU acts, and the positions of scholars and practitioners related to ensuring children’s safety on the Internet and shaping their digital experience. It analyses EU practices and policies related to the Internet for children, privacy and protection measures, digital services, and the activities of digital platforms, as well as the risks of AI. It is emphasized that measures introduced by the state should stimulate an increase in digital and media literacy among children, make their access to protection on digital platforms simple and understandable, stimulate public-private partnerships in the field of digital services, and provide for the direct involvement and consideration of children’s opinions on issues that concern them. The importance of parents and other legal guardians participating in explaining the rules for using digital platforms to children is emphasized. Attention is drawn to the place of digital art in child development, and specific objects of digital creativity are highlighted. It is noted that trends in the development of digital creativity are important for art schools and should be considered in their activities. This requires certain changes in the legislation governing the activities of such schools. It is also important for the field of innovation, which requires creativity and a creative approach, and which should also be considered in the educational process. The article examines issues of children’s educational and extracurricular creative activities, barriers that may hinder access to the digital environment, and ethical and legal rules for interaction in the digital environment. In this regard, national legislation is critically analyzed, and specific conclusions are drawn regarding the protection of children’s rights and their consideration in the formulation of policies and rules related to digital services and AI.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто питання, пов’язані з творчою діяльністю дитини в цифровому середовищі з урахуванням умов, що мають бути дотримані для належної реалізації та ефективного захисту її прав. Здійснено огляд національного законодавства, актів Європейського Союзу, позицій науковців і практиків щодо забезпечення безпеки дитини в мережі "Інтернет" та формування у дітей цифрового досвіду. Проаналізовано практику і політику ЄС, пов’язані з інтернетом для дітей, заходами щодо конфіденційності та захисту, цифровими послугами та діяльністю цифрових платформ, а також із ризиками штучного інтелекту (ШІ). Звернено увагу на місце цифрового мистецтва в розвитку дитини, виділено окремі обʼєкти цифрової творчості. Досліджено питання освітньої та позанавчальної творчої діяльності дитини, барʼєри, які можуть перешкоджати доступу до цифрового середовища, правила взаємодії в цифровому середовищі етичного та правового характеру. У звʼязку з цим критично проаналізовано національне законодавство та сформовано окремі висновки щодо забезпечення прав дитини, врахування їх у політиках і правилах щодо цифрових послуг та ШІ.uk_UA
