dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто соціальні ефекти (екстерналії) від здійснення інвестиційної діяльності та їхній вплив на соціально-економічний розвиток. Визначено відмінності між поняттями "соціальний ефект" та "соціальні екстерналії". Розглянуто типи соціальних екстерналій та окремі категорії інвестицій, пов’язані з цілеспрямованим досягненням соціальних ефектів, як-от соціальні, ціннісні, соціально-відповідальні інвестиції. Проаналізовано основні позитивні екстерналії для суспільства в результаті залучення інвестицій. Зроблено висновок щодо перспектив інвестиційної діяльності, пов’язаних із досягненням побічних соціальних ефектів, та визначено необхідні кроки щодо покращення умов залучення та здійснення інвестицій.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis article researches social effects (externalities) from the investment activity and their impact on the social and economic development. The main differences between the concepts of “social impact” and “social externalities” have been defined. The types of social externalities and certain categories of investments related to the purposeful achievement of social effects such as social, values-based, socially responsible investment have been considered. The main positive externalities for the society as a result of investment attraction have been analyzed. The author concludes that the prospects of investment activity related to the achievement of the positive social effects and defines the ways to improve the modern economic conditions for attracting investment.en_US
