dc.description.abstractThe paper considers the foundations of contemporary culture, which are seen by the author in the world of personality. It is alleged that political reality should correspond with the development of society and be directed towards satisfying the individual's interests. Politics is analyzed in the context of the concepts of "power" and "concern". The author claims that it is the individual's interest that represents the universal concern in contemporary cultural situation.en
