Abstract
The study analyzes anti-corruption reforms in Ukraine in the context of its integration into the European Union. The requirements related to the "Fundamental Reforms" cluster, which are related to the rule of law and the fight against corruption, are studied. Particular attention is paid to the assessments of international organizations such as the OECD and the EC, their recommendations, as well as the gaps that remain in anti-corruption policy and their implementation. The purpose of the study is to identify the key challenges facing Ukraine and to outline the ways to improve the reforms necessary to meet European standards by identifying anti-corruption benchmarks for the Fundamental Reforms cluster.
