Abstract
This work says about development of a new financial tool for Ukrainian economy, which deals with outsight resource. Theoretical part of work determines role, significance and sense of venture capital through other finance recourses of enterprisers. It was analyzed his structure. Analytical part include comparative analyze of investment structure of venture company's activity USA and Center Europe. Base on experience of foreign venture company's activities. I analyzed pattern of existing venture financing and made some supposition about development this finance tool in Ukraine.
