It considers legal ways to protect this right taking into account the European Court of Justice case-law, since it came into conflict with the principles of free movement of goods and persons in the European Union.en_US

Окремо розглядаються правові шляхи захисту цього права, оскільки декілька разів це питання було предметом розгляду в Суді ЄС, тому що вступало в колізію з принципом свободи руху товарів та осіб у Євросоюзі.uk_UA
