Abstract
У статті висвітлюється правова природа свободи мирних зібрань як однієї з важливих можливостей публічної реалізації права на свободу висловлювань та права на свободу асоціацій. Окремо розглядаються правові шляхи захисту цього права, оскільки декілька разів це питання було предметом розгляду в Суді ЄС, тому що вступало в колізію з принципом свободи руху товарів та осіб у Євросоюзі.
Description
The article highlights the legal nature of right to peaceful assembly as one of the important features of the public implementation of the freedom of expression and freedom of association. It considers legal ways to protect this right taking into account the European Court of Justice case-law, since it came into conflict with the principles of free movement of goods and persons in the European Union.
