dc.descriptionThe author investigates how a French philosopher J. Derrida (1930–2004) interprets the problem of philosophical nationality. This problem is connected with the central theme of his creative work, the relationship of similar and different, and is formulated by him rather traditionally: as proportion of universal and idiomatic in philosophy, or as plurality of languages and universal pretensions of philosophical thinking. Derrida puts the problem of "idiomatic differentiation in philosophy" in plane of language identification too, because the national identity in philosophy is not constituted beyond the elements of natural (not artificial, specially constructed) language. He insists on the idiomatic solution of the problem, because every time it occurs in a concrete singular situation. For Derrida German, French, American philosophy is not just a habitual markers with incomprehensible denotations, but substantially differentiable philosophy idioms. Acknowledging presence of alternate variants of the problem interpretation, Derrida distances himself from universalists, shifting the focus of attention from universal to idiomatic. National identification of philosophy is a philosophema for him. He believes that national in philosophy is not something accidental or, moreover, external, and a chance for it is the only opportunity to express itself, take place and “go by way of idioms” that are not locking in themselves, but give a possibility to transfer from one to another. The philosopher outlines the possibilities of transition from the national singularity to the universal horizon. The national philosophy idiom occurs as one of the plurality of philosophical use of natural languages, and the universality of philosophy is interpreted as a product of negotiations between diverse thinking traditions, a result of comparison of individual experiences, every time gained in limits of one or another culture. Derrida tries to find ways of connection of idiomatic and universal, both in philosophy language and in philosophy in general, discovers universal, "something that needs translation", in idiom itself.en_US
dc.description.abstractАвтор статті досліджує трактування французьким мислителем Ж. Дерріда (1930–2004) проблеми філософської національності. Ця проблема пов’язана з центральною темою його творчості – відношенням тотожного та іншого – і формулюється ним доволі традиційно – як співвідношення універсального та ідіоматичного в філософії або як множинність мов та універсалістські претензії філософського міркування. Адже Дерріда ставить проблему і у площині мовної ідентифікації, відшукуючи універсальне у самій ідіомі. Національна філософська ідіома постає як одна із множини філософського використання природних мов, а універсальність філософії трактується як продукт переговорів між розмаїтими мислительними традиціями, результат зіставлення індивідуальних досвідів, щоразу здобутих у межах тієї чи тієї культури. Дерріда шукає способи поєднання ідіоматичного та універсального як у філософській мові, так і у філософії загалом.uk_UA
