dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано комплекс мотивів (дивак – святий – мандрівник – мужик – злидар – чоботи/черевики (річ) – хода – віршування), на який часто натрапляємо як у художніх творах, так і в літературознавчих розвідках та мемуарній прозі Віктора Петрова-Домонтовича. Зроблено спробу виявити, як цей комплекс мотивів, побудований на метонімічних зсувах, актуалізує інтертекстуальні зв’язки з нарисом Барбе д’Оревільї "Дендизм і Джордж Бреммель" повістю Жоржа Дюамеля "Щоденник святого", повістю О. де Бальзака "Серафіта" та полемічними трактатами Івана Вишенського. Докладніше розглянуто особливості функціонування зазначеного комплексу мотивів у повістях В. Петрова-Домонтовича "Дівчина з ведмедиком", "Доктор Серафікус", "Аліна і Костомаров»"і статті "Петербурзькі повісті М. Гоголя".uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article proves the importance of the philosophy of things, clothes/shoes in the literary works, scientific article, and memoirs of Viktor Petrov-Domontovych. This theme is analyzed in the context of the philosophy of clothing of Tomas Carlyle and Barbe d`Oréville. An analysis of works "The Girl with the Bear," "Doctor Seraficus," "Alina and Kostomarov," and the article "Petersburg Tales of Gogol" shows that in Viktor Petrov`s works there is a complex of motives: eccentric – saint – traveler – man – villain – boots/shoes (thing) – gait – poetry. Observations of the dynamics of images in each work also revealed an important intertext: a dialogue with Georges Duhamel (the novel "The Diary of a Saint" and a theoretical essay on vers libre "Theory of Free Poem" (written with Sh. Vildrak)); intertextual connections with Honore de Balzac`s novel "Seraphite"; Barbe d’Oréville`s essay "Dendism and George Bremmel"; and polemic works by Ivan Vyshenskii. In the article it is also shown how these motives emerge in Victor Petrov`s memoirs. It is argued that in the works by Viktor Petrov the motif of shoes/boots is one of the most important: it actualizes both the philosophy of things and the motives of the poet, vers libre, holiness, and traveler; also it should be underlined that the metonymy is the most important trope for creation of the images in the literary works by Viktor Petrov.en_US
