dc.descriptionBased epoxy polyurethane (EPU) compositions of modified polyhydroxybutyrates (PHB) and doxorubicin were obtained the new biologically active polymer materials that can be used as bone implants. The effect of fillers on the physical and mechanical properties of the composite materials and EPU set the optimum composition of PHB 0.1 wt. % and 0.3 wt. %. The method of IR spectroscopy sh ows the effect of fillers on the structure of the compositions. For example, a model reaction of doxorubicin (Dox) and PHB with phenyl glycidyl ether (PhGE), their modification for EPU carrier it was shown.en_US
dc.description.abstractНа основі епоксиполіуретанової (ЕПУ) композиції з використанням модифікаторів полігідроксибутирату (ПГБ) і доксорубіцину було отримано нові біологічно активні полімерні матеріали, які можна використати як кісткові імплантати. Вивчено вплив наповнювачів на фізико-механічні властивості отриманих ЕПУ композиційних матеріалів та встановлено оптимальний склад ПГБ 0,1 мас. % та 0,3 мас. %. Методом ІЧ-спектроскопії досліджено вплив наповнювачів на структуру композицій. На прикладі модельної реакції доксорубіцину (Dox) і ПГБ з фенілгліцидиловим ефіром (ФГЕ) показано їх модифікацію на ЕПУ носії.uk_UA
