dc.descriptionThis article analyzes the process of transposition of the EU "acquis" into the legal system of Ukraine through the Association Agreement. The article offers a general overview of the place of association agreements in the legal system of the EU. The paper analyzes the process of transposition of the EU "acquis" into the legal system of Ukraine, analyzes the possible effects of the transposition of the EU "acquis" on the legal system of Ukraine. The Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine will not replicate existing association agreements concluded between the EU and third countries. The EU-Ukraine association agreement enhances the system of common institutions, deepens bilateral relations in all areas of cooperation, strengthens political association and economic integration through the establishment of mutual rights and obligations, and provides "substantive and procedural" means of the transposition of the EU "acquis" into the legal system of Ukraine. The EU-Ukraine association will significantly improve the efficiency of the transposition of the EU "acquis" and encourage further integration of Ukraine into the European legal space.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті здійснено аналіз процесу транспозиції "acquis" ЄС до правової системи України, передбаченого Угодою про асоціацію. Зроблено загальний огляд місця угод про асоціацію в правовій системі ЄС, проаналізовано процес транспозиції "acquis" ЄС до правової системи України в Угоді про асоціацію та можливі наслідки транспозиції «acquis» ЄС на правову систему України. Встановлення відносин асоціації між ЄС і Україною може значно підвищити ефективність транспозиції і застосування "acquis" ЄС, подальшу інтеграцію України до європейського правового простору.uk_UA
