Abstract
The Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) might order such a policy analysis on the topic of "providing help to women in Kyiv, who are involved in prostitution and became victims of violence" in order to address the critical gap between the legal administrative responsibility for prostitution and the humanitarian need to protect vulnerable residents from escalating violence.
