dc.descriptionThe article defines the features of the structure of the word-forming families with vertex consonant-group verbs in morphonological aspect. It was established that most actively morphonologically marked is the first stage of word formation, and for prefix verbs is the second one, on further steps morphonological operations decline; morphonological marking of word-forming families depends on their word-forming potential; the elements of the verbal stem that are changing under the influence of formant initials signal of possible morphonological changes (reduction, consonant and vocal alternations, lengthening of suffix or root morphemes, accent modification) in verbal derivatives. The word-forming family visualizes word-creating activity of a forming word, gives the opportunity to combine a forward-looking approach with the backward one, providing a complete description of word-forming processes. It’s been clarified that the final elements of the verb stem, which undergo changes under the influence of the initial of a formant, signal of possible morphologic changes in verbal derivatives. Word-creating ability of forming words depends on their semantic structure (non-derivative words are more formingable than derivatives), on part-of-speech belonging of a forming word and on the degree of derivation. Both aboriginal verbs (segmented and unsegmented) and verbs of foreign origin (segmented) are characterized by the asymmetry of morpheme structure. It’s been found out that all verbal derivatives of word-forming families with vertex consonant-group verbs of the first morphonological class (MC-1) at the first stage of derivation undergo the reduction, consonant alternations (there are different types of alternations in word-forming families with vertex verbs of aboriginal or foreign origin), accent modification (accent transfer from a suffix morpheme on a root or formant).en
dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено особливості структури словотвірних гнізд з вершинними дієсловами на групу приголосних у морфонологічному аспекті. Установлено, що найбільш активним є морфонологічно маркований перший ступінь словотворення, а для префіксальних дієслів — другий, на подальших ступенях морфонологічні процеси згасають. Морфонологічна маркованість словотвірних гнізд залежить від їхнього словотвірного потенціалу; елементи дієслівної основи, які зазнають змін під впливом ініціалі форманта, сигналізують про можливі морфонологічні зміни (усічення, консонантні, вокалічні альтернації, нарощення суфіксальної чи кореневої морфем, модифікації наголосу) у віддієслівному похідному.uk
