dc.descriptionThe effect of p-chloromercuribenzoate on ATPase activity of actomyosin from pig's uterus smooth muscle was investigated in dependence on inhibitor concentrations in temporal conditions from 3 to 10 minutes of incubation. The inhibition of enzyme activity was demonstrated to be dependent on the increase of p-chloromercuribenzoate concentration from 0.1 to 100 M. Obtained data are discussed from the point of view of structural changes in smooth muscle myosin heads that take place under the impact of p-chloromercurybenzoate on sulfhydryl groups from the active site of the protein.en
dc.description.abstractДосліджено вплив блокатора тіолових груп білків п-хлормеркурібензоату (n-ХМБ) на А ТРаз- ну активність актоміозину міометрію свині в залежності від концентрації інгібітора, в часовому режимі — від 3 до 10 хвилин інкубації. Показано гальмування ферментативної активності при збільшенні концентрації п-ХМБ від 0,1 до 100 мкМ. Одержані дані обговорюються з точки зору зміни структури голівки міозину гладеньких м'язів під дією n-ХМБ як блокатора SH-груп активного центру цього білка.uk
