dc.descriptionIn the article the scholarly commentary is provided to the article 8 of the Constitution of Ukraine which fixes the fundamental principle of legal system – the rule of law. The author gives concise characteristic to the rule of law principle, its historical origin, content, formal and substantial facets. In addition, it is analyzed the content of the provision on the highest legal force of the Constitution of Ukraine including the provision that the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine are norms of direct effect.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті подано науковий коментар до статті 8 Конституції України, яка закріплює фундаментальний принцип правової системи – верховенства права. Автор розкриває стислу формальну та матеріальну характеристику принципу верховенства права, його історичне походження, зміст. Крім того, висвітлено зміст положення про найвищу юридичну силу Конституції України, а також положення про те, що норми Конституції є нормами прямої дії.uk_UA
