dc.descriptionThe article is dedicated to the question of the clearing up of the importance of the Soviet Union political system s elements for the political culture of independent Ukraine. The character features of political consciousness and behavior of the soviet people and citizens of independent Ukraine are compared. Among the elements of Soviet past are reveled the following ones: the habit to equality, collectivism, disrespect to the law, conformism, neglect the civic rights and duties, passivity, absenteeism, lack of the national orientations of development, typically soviet stereotypes, corruption among politicians and state officials.en
dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено розгляду значення залишків елементів політичної системи Радянського Союзу для політичної культури незалежної України. Порівнюються характерні особливості політичної свідомості й поведінки «радянських» людей та громадян вільної України. Серед елементів радянського минулого, що мають значення для розвитку України, зазначено, зокрема, такі: звичка до рівності, колективізм, неповага до закону, конформізм, нехтування громадянськими правами та обов'язками, пасивність, абсентеїзм, відсутність пріоритету національних орієнтирів розвитку, типово радянські стереотипи, корумпованість політичних діячів і державних службовців.uk
