Abstract
In the article the problem of typology of political regimes in transition to
democracy is offered. Author gives some analysis of the concepts "postcommunism"
and "posttotalitarism" which are main structures for building
new transient regimes. Low level of democratization and liberalization can
create new forms of despotic regimes and prolongs way to democracy.
