Abstract
У статті проаналізовано шляхи формування готовності вчителів-філологів до проведення дослідницької роботи з учнями старшої школи. Розглянуто ознаки та характерні особливості цього процесу як психолого-педагогічної проблеми.
Description
The article regards the ways of preparing teachers-philologists to carry out the research work with students of the secondary school. It examines the features and distinctive peculiarities of this process as a psychological and pedagogical problem. Preparation of future philologist to carry out research work with students of the secondary school is considered as a multicomponent process. It includes a definite level of development of personal, professional and research qualification of a future philologist. This process must ensure the effectiveness of pedagogical and research work. One of the main goals of this process should be preparation of future philologists to carry out the research work with students of the secondary school. In this research we characterize the personality of a philologist as a well-educated, intelligent, creative person who is informed of the literature development. A philologist obtains the skills to pass the moral and aesthetic conceptions through literature and the skills to understand the peculiarities of the variety of literature works. The peculiarities of pedagogical diagnostics, which is one of the main tasks at moderns schools, is also considered in the article. It is a kind of practice of revealing of the quality of the educational activity. The pedagogical diagnostics can also have theoretical and research aim to improve the above mentioned practice. The knowledge of methods of pedagogical diagnostics becomes a norm for every teacher in conditions of implementation of new pedagogical technologies. Thus, pedagogical diagnostics is one of the main parts of the educational process of the modern secondary school. The experience of modern schools functioning, for which the research work is one of the key components of their activity, proves the effectiveness of formation of a creative potential of both a teacher and a student.
