Methods of deep learning, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), R-CNN, and YOLO, are examined for their ability to provide high accuracy and speed in tasks such as classification, segmentation, and object detection. The recognition process is described through key stages: image preprocessing, segmentation, classification, and post-processing, each of which poses specific challenges and plays a crucial role in improving accuracy. The importance of integrating all stages to achieve semantic understanding comparable to human perception is emphasized, along with the potential for further technology advancements for complex application scenarios.en_US
