Їх розглянуто як синтаксичні засоби вираження експресивності в різножанрових працях українських учених - О. І. Бондаря, П. Ю. Гриценка, С. Я. Єрмоленко, Ю. О. Карпенка. Акцентовано увагу на типах, семантиці аналізованих висловлювань та їхньому прагматичному потенціалі.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe motivational-pragmatic level in the structure of a language personality is realized through the use of various means of stylistic syntax. These include emotionally-evaluative expressions: exclamatory and intonationally incomplete sentences. Purpose. The aim of the scientific research is to represent the language personality of a linguist through the analysis of the functioning of syntactic units under consideration and to show their pragmatic potential in linguistic discourse. Methods. The following general and special research methods have been used: descriptive method has been used in the process of scientific qualification of the recorded syntaxemes; the method of contextual interpretation has been applied to reconstruct the semantic of syntactic means; linguostylistic analysis has been conducted to describe the features of linguistic discourse. Results. Among the recorded exclamatory expressions, we distinguish precisely exclamative and bifunctional sentences. Each type of sentence represents the authors intentions: expresses the positive or negative emotional attitude of the scientist towards certain facts, emotionally charged advice and wish. Such sentences stimulate a reader’s attention and make a statement or a question more categorical. Intonationally incomplete sentences are a non-typical syntactic structure. Such sentences act as a means of the author’s emotionality and means of aposiopesis. Discussion. Exclamatory constructions are used in order to provide additional emotional argumentation of the scientist’s views, beliefs and views of the addressee, and achieve the pragmatic effect. With their help, a linguist expresses his/her attitude to reality. Intonationally incomplete sentences in a linguist’s discourse indicate his/her emotional state and provide space to think for the addressee. The use of a certain type of emotionally expressive sentences depends on the strategy of the adresser. The prospect for further research is to analyze communicative tactics which are realized through emotional expressive sentences.en_US
