dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the value of the gifted and talented young people in higher education for the development of society. It displays viewpoints on the problem of availability of talent in a young person. Some fields of preparation of gifted and talented youth in high school on the examples of Ukrainian research and publications of the International Center for Innovation in Education (Germany) are highlighted. Attention is focused on certain areas of public policy in Ukraine to support gifted and talented youth which is a powerful potential for creating the country’s future.en
