Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop strategic recommendations for enhancing capital investment in Ukraine's industrial and infrastructure sectors, grounded in quantitative evidence and international experience. By identifying how CAPEX affects macroeconomic output in a mature market economy and contrasting this with Ukraine's current investment dynamics, the paper aims to inform policy frameworks that prioritize productive, future-oriented capital allocation.
