Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей оцінки інвестиційної привабливості молодих та швидкозростаючих компаній із сектору інформаційних технологій. В статті проаналізована можливість застосування класичних методів інвестиційної оцінки, а також важливі аспекти, які необхідно враховувати під час аналізу зазначених компаній. Тема статті є актуальною, оскільки сектор інформаційних технологій активно розвивається, внаслідок чого на публічному ринку з’являються нові компанії. Стаття розкриває дану тему завдяки аналізу останніх подій на ринку США та їхнього впливу на сектор інформаційних технологій. Також наведено порівняльний аналіз традиційних технологічних гігантів (найбільші за ринковою капіталізацією виробники програмного забезпечення) із молодими та швидкозростаючими компаніями (а саме Snowflake, MongoDB, Confluent, Elastic, Datadog та Dynatrace). Розглядаючи компанії з даного сектору, важливо розуміти профіль поведінки акцій та їхню волатильність, оскільки кожна компанія має індивідуальну чутливість до різних подій, як ринкових, так і внутрішніх. Використовуючи висновки з даного аналізу, була обрана найбільш інвестиційно приваблива компанія на момент написання статті. Дана стаття не є інвестиційною рекомендацією. У висновках обґрунтовується актуальність дослідження нових методів інвестиційної оцінки молодих та швидкозростаючих компаній, а також необхідність актуалізації традиційних методів, оскільки галузь та ринок активно розвиваються. Це створює такі умови ринку, яких не існувало раніше, тому важливо продовжувати досліджувати цю тему.

The article explores methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of young and rapidly growing companies in the information technology sector. It analyzes the applicability of traditional investment evaluation methods, as well as important aspects to consider when analyzing these companies. The topic is relevant due to the active development of the information technology sector, resulting in new companies appearing on the public market. The article delves into this topic by analyzing recent market events in the USA and their impact on the information technology sector. It also presents a comparative analysis of traditional technology giants (the largest software producers by market capitalization) with young and rapidly growing companies (specifically Snowflake, MongoDB, Confluent, Elastic, Datadog, and Dynatrace). When examining companies in this sector, it is important to understand the stock behavior profile and their volatility, as each company has unique sensitivity to various events, both market-wide and internal. Using conclusions from this analysis, the most investment-attractive company was selected at the time of writing. This article does not constitute investment advice. The article thoroughly examines the business operations of companies, as understanding how a company functions is crucial when assessing investment attractiveness. This is especially important in the information technology sector, where products are complex and intricate, primarily due to their intangible value. It is also necessary to understand the market in which the company operates, including its main competitors. The market for young and rapidly growing companies is interesting and highly competitive. On one hand, they compete with technology giants that have broad product platforms, although sometimes lacking depth in capabilities, yet these giants benefit from much larger scale. On the other hand, they compete with similar fast-growing companies that focus on a single product direction and strive to meet the need as best as possible. The conclusions emphasize the relevance of researching new methods for evaluating the investment attractiveness of young and rapidly growing companies, as well as the need to update traditional methods since the industry and market are actively evolving. This creates market conditions that did not exist before, making it important to continue exploring this topic.
