Abstract
У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні проблеми заміни невідбутої частини покарання більш м ’яким (ст. 82 КК). Запропоновано концепцію формалізації заміни невідбутої частини покарання більш м ’яким.

Paper investigates several theoretical and applied problems of the replacement of the unserved part of punishment for more lenient (Art. 82 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The concept of formalization of replacement of the unserved part of punishment for more lenient is offered.
