Метою дослідження є формування стратегії розвитку Міжнародного центру відновлювальної медицини в умовах війни.
Description
This work is dedicated to the strategic development of a company in the conditions of war. The scientific novelty lies in the theoretical study of strategic planning and management in times of war, as well as the peculiarities of strategy formation in conditions of uncertainty. The research of the current state of the medical institution, analysis of its competitive positions, and the development of the strategy for the "International Center for Restorative Medicine" (hereinafter – "ICRM", "we") have practical significance for the institution itself.
