Employment discrimination is one of the factors resulting in a high rate of the unemployed the the persons
with disabilities who would like to get a job. This is not only a social problem but economic as well. The paper
aims to analyze the existing international and Ukrainian legal regulations for the persons’ with disabilities
employment, particularly the issues of discrimination in employment, possible positive discrimination,
and the economic and social effect of an increasing number of the employed persons with disabilities.
