In the article was studied modeling of environmental and economic risks. Was analyzed the regulatory and legislative framework in the field of environmental auditing. Was paid special attention to the ecological insurance as the way of compensation for environmental damage. Was studied organization of the market abroad, on this foundation was formulated direction of ecological insurance in Ukraine.
