dc.description.abstractВ статье описана долговременная проблемная ситуация, являющаяся реакцией на открытие факта, что совершение неосторожного преступления несколькими лицами не укладывается в готовые концептуальные схемы теории соучастия в преступлении. Актуализирован вопрос дальнейшей разработки теоретического и законодательного инструментария, которые адекватнее отразят объективную реальность - существование неосторожного преступления, совершенного несколькими лицами.ru_RU
