dc.description.abstractВідповідно до концепції третьої парадигми "першої філософії" у статті здійснено аналіз теоретичної та практичної філософії Карла-Отто Апеля. Висвітлено роль дискурсивних практик як парадигмальної основи філософії комунікації та метаінституції всіх інших інституцій суспільства. Автор розглядає досягнення українських філософів у дослідженні творчості Апеля, перспектив застосування здобутків Апелевої філософської думки у вивченні українських реалій, розвитку українського етосу, а також можливості теоретичного обґрунтування і практичної леґітимації інституцій та ціннісно-нормативної системи українського суспільства. Поряд із тим ідеться про співвідношення універсалістської моралі та партикулярного етосу локальних життєсвітів, а також про співвідношення концептів універсалістської етики та ґлобального етосу. Використовуючи методологію Апеля, автор статті доводить, що з відродженням конвенційного етосу та інституційної стадії розвитку моральної свідомості не вичерпується проблема морального розвитку української нації. Наступним, не менш важливим, завданням є перехід до потенційно демократичної постконвенційної моралі, що досягається комунікативною раціоналізацією життєсвіту, створенням інституцій деліберативної демократії. Зауважено велику роль і вплив філософії Апеля у світі, що виявляється, зокрема, в тому, що існує, так би мовити, комунікативний інтернаціонал, який об’єднує багатьох прихильників Апелевої парадигми в такій міжнародній організації, як "Centro Fi lo sofico Internazionale Karl-Otto Apel", а також в таких часописах, як "Topologik", "Ethik+Diskurs" та ін., в яких здійснюються дослідження на підставі Апелевої парадигми.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractBased on the concept of the third paradigm of the "first philosophy", the article analyzes the theoretical and practical philosophy of Karl-Otto Apel. The role of discursive practices as a paradigmatic basis of the philosophy of communication and meta-institutions of all the rest institutions of society is revealed. The author considers the achievements of Ukrainian philosophers in the study of Apel’s heritage, as well as the possibilities of applying Apel’s philosophical theorizing in the study of Ukrainian realities, development of the Ukrainian ethos, and possibility of theoretical substantiation and practical legitimization of institutions and values. In addition to this, it is also about the relationship between universalist morality and the particular ethos of local worlds, as well as the relationship between the concepts of universalist ethics and global ethos. Using Apel’s methodology, the author of the article argues that the revival of the conventional ethos and the institutional stage of development of moral consciousness does not end the problem of moral development of the Ukrainian nation. The next, no less important, task is the transition to a potentially democratic postconventional morality, which is achieved by communicative rationalization of the world, the creation of institutions of deliberative democracy. The great role and influence of Apel’s philosophy in the world, which is manifested in the fact that there is a kind of communicative international, which unites many supporters of the Apel paradigm in such well known organization as the "Karl-Otto Apel Centro Filosofico Inter na zio nale", and in such journals as "Topologik", "Ethik+Diskurs", etc., which conduct researches based on the Apel paradigm.en_US
