dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню процесуальних особливостей процедури ознайомлення учасниками кримінального процесу з матеріалами досудового розслідування до його завершення. Розглянуто проблематику процесу ознайомлення учасників з матеріалами провадження та недоліки правової регламентації досліджуваного інституту. Запропоновано законодавчі зміни щодо порядку надання доступу до матеріалів кримінального провадження.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the investigation of procedural peculiarities of the procedure of familiarizing the participants of the criminal process with the materials of the pre-trial investigation until its completion. The problems of the process of familiarizing the participants with the materials of the proceedings and the shortcomings of the legal regulation of the investigated institute are considered. The legislative changes concerning the procedure for providing access to the materials of criminal proceedings are proposed.en_US
