Abstract
У статті на підставі джерелознавчого аналізу змісту друкованого органу будівельно-монтажного управління "Дніпробуд" "Всенародна будова" з’ясовуються інформативні можливості багатотиражної газети стосовно спорудження Каховської ГЕС в 1950-1955 роках. У ході дослідження проведено систематизацію газетних публікацій, проаналізовано їхню тематику та зміст, визначено основні функції видання. Крізь призму матеріалів газети "Всенародна будова" відображено різноманітні сторони "великої будови комунізму", окреслено основні етапи масштабного інфраструктурного об’єкту, проаналізовано умови праці та відпочинку будівельників Каховської ГЕС. З’ясовано, що газета "Всенародна будова" як специфічний вид радянської газетної періодики надавала перевагу розміщенню поточних відомостей про трудовий ентузіазм будівельників Каховського гідровузла, поліпшення виробничого процесу, удосконалення організації праці, розвиток раціоналізаторства, винахідництва, професійній підготовці та підвищення кваліфікації робітників.

In the article Based on a source-critical analysis of the content of the official publication of the "Dniprobud" Construction and Installation Directorate, "Vsenarodna Budova" the informative potential of the mass-circulation newspaper regarding the construction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant in 1950–1955 is examined. In the course of the study, newspaper publications were systematized, their themes and content analyzed, and the main functions of the publication identified. Through the lens of the materials in the newspaper "Vsenarodna Budova", various aspects of the "great construction of communism" are reflected, the main stages of this large-scale infrastructure project are outlined, and the working conditions and leisure time of the builders of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station are analyzed. It was found that the newspaper "Vsenarodna Budova", as a specific type of Soviet newspaper, gave priority to publishing current reports on the work enthusiasm of the builders of the Kakhovka hydroelectric complex, improvements in the production process, optimization of work organization, the development of rationalization and innovation, as well as the professional training and skill enhancement of workers.
