dc.description.abstractВ статье проведен анализ основных проблем и европейского опыта управления бюджетным дефіцитом, который позволил выявить основные направления и последовательность эффективных мер снижения дефицита бюджета в краткосрочном периоде и достижения экономической стабилизации в ряде стран с трансформационной экономикой, что дает возможность предложить ряд рекомендацій для снижения темпов роста бюджетного дефицита и повышения экономической безопасности украинской экономики.ru_RU
