dc.descriptionThe article presents a systematization, comparative, and critical analysis of theoretical approaches to the formation of the financial architecture of agro-industrial enterprises (AIEs) under conditions of heightened economic and financial instability, global market volatility, and limited access to financial resources. Five conceptual approaches are identified, each examined in terms of its essence, advantages, limitations, and applicability to the Ukrainian agricultural sector.The analytical approach focuses on determining the optimal ratio of equity to debt capital using financial ratios, industry benchmarks, and consideration of the enterprise life cycle. The corporate governance approach is based on investor and shareholder rights protection, transparency of financial reporting, independent auditing, and strategic alignment between managerial and financial decisions. The risk-oriented approach integrates risk management into all elements of the financial architecture, enabling the mitigation of credit, currency, liquidity, and industry-specific risks. The systemic-institutional approach emphasizes the influence of the regulatory environment, financial infrastructure, and state support on the enterprise’s financial model. The innovative-digital approach involves the implementation of AgriFintech platforms, blockchain technologies, smart contracts, digital bonds, crowdfunding and peer-to-peer instruments, as well as the use of Big Data and artificial intelligence for forecasting and informed financial decision-making. It is demonstrated that none of the approaches is universal, and their effectiveness depends on industry-specific factors, enterprise scale, the quality of institutional support, and the level of digital readiness. An integrative model is proposed, combining the strengths of the examined concepts to enhance the financial resilience, flexibility, competitiveness, and investment attractiveness of AIEs. The necessity of developing financial infrastructure, improving the regulatory framework, and digitalizing financial processes is substantiated as strategic factors in shaping a modern financial architecture for the agricultural sector.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті проведено систематизацію, порівняльний та критичний аналіз теоретичних підходів до формування фінансової архітектури підприємств агропромислового комплексу (АПК) в умовах підвищеної економічної та фінансової нестабільності, глобальної ринкової волатильності та обмеженого доступу до фінансових ресурсів. Виокремлено п’ять концептуальних підходів, кожен із яких розкрито з позицій його змісту, переваг, обмежень та можливостей адаптації до українського агросектору. Аналітичний підхід спрямований на визначення оптимального співвідношення власного і позикового капіталу з використанням фінансових коефіцієнтів, галузевих бенчмарків та урахуванням життєвого циклу підприємства. Підхід корпоративного управління базується на захисті прав інвесторів і акціонерів, прозорості фінансової звітності, незалежному аудиті та стратегічній узгодженості управлінських і фінансових рішень. Ризик-орієнтований підхід передбачає інтеграцію ризик-менеджменту у всі елементи фінансової архітектури, що дозволяє мінімізувати вплив кредитних, валютних, ліквідних та галузевих ризиків. Системно-інституційний підхід акцентує увагу на впливі нормативно-правового середовища, фінансової інфраструктури та державної підтримки на формування фінансової моделі підприємства. Інноваційно-цифровий підхід пов’язаний із впровадженням AgriFintech-платформ, блокчейн-технологій, смарт-контрактів, цифрових облігацій, краудфандингових і peer-to-peer інструментів, а також використанням Big Data та штучного інтелекту для прогнозування та прийняття фінансових рішень. Доведено, що жоден із підходів не є універсальним, а їхня результативність залежить від галузевих особливостей, масштабу підприємства, рівня інституційної підтримки та цифрової готовності. Запропоновано інтегративну модель, яка поєднує сильні сторони розглянутих концепцій, забезпечуючи підвищення фінансової стійкості, гнучкості, конкурентоспроможності та інвестиційної привабливості підприємств АПК. Обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку фінансової інфраструктури, удосконалення регуляторної бази та цифровізації фінансових процесів як стратегічних чинників формування сучасної фінансової архітектури аграрного сектору.uk_UA
