dc.descriptionIn the article the peculiarities of the development of future teachers’ communication skills in professional activity in psychological literature are analyzed; the main methods of communicative self-education as a means of organizing activities, principles of communication organization are characterized; the functions of communication in relation to the conditions and factors of human activity in psychological science are substantiated. The thesis that the effectiveness of professional and pedagogical communication of a teacher depends on the level of formation of her communicative culture is substantiated. The natural basis of communication culture is human sociability. Communication needs can be conditioned: an attempt to relieve internal tension and anxiety; a desire to receive approval, recognition of one’s uniqueness and uniqueness from others; clarification (confirmation) of one’s ideas about another person, their abilities and qualities; a desire to actively influence the direction of another person's thoughts; a manifestation of care for another, altruism. It is proved that the diagnostics of the level of students’ communication skills as a professionally significant ability contributes to: comprehensive development; selfimprovement; desire to learn throughout life; understanding of information and communication processes; the ability to apply what has been learnt in professional activities; to improve professional skills; to apply the acquired knowledge in managerial and everyday practice.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано особливості комунікативності майбутнього вчителя в професійній діяльності у психологічній літературі; охарактеризовано основні способи комунікативного самовиховання як засобу організації діяльності, а також принципи організації спілкування; обґрунтовано функції спілкування щодо умов і факторів людської діяльності у психологічній науці. Обґрунтовано тезу про те, що ефективність професійно-педагогічного спілкування вчителя залежить від рівня сформованості його комунікативної культури. Природною основою комунікативної культури є комунікабельність людини. Потреби у спілкуванні можуть зумовлюватися: спробою зняти внутрішнє напруження та занепокоєння; бажанням отримати схвалення, визнання своєї неповторності та унікальності з боку оточуючих; уточненням (підтвердженням) своїх уявлень про іншу людину, її здібності та якості; прагненням активно впливати на напрям думок іншої людини; проявом турботи про іншого, альтруїзму. Досліджено, що діагностика рівня сформованості у здобувачів освіти комунікативності як професійно значущої здібності сприяє: всебічному розвитку; самовдосконаленню; бажанню вчитися впродовж усього життя; розумінню інформаційно-комунікаційних процесів; здатності застосовувати опановане у професійній діяльності; удосконалювати професійну майстерність; застосовувати набуті знання в управлінській та повсякденній практиці.uk_UA
