Abstract
При вивченні професійних культур, як особливих систем смислів, які поділяє спільнота людей, що
працює на промисловому підприємстві, постає запитання: у який спосіб нова людина у професійному співтоваристві або організації отримує і закріплює знання про певну культуру, тобто формує
власний професійний дискурс? Для цього існують уже сформовані соціальні механізми професійного, як-от символи, міфи, ритуали, мова та контроль. Як носія професійної традиції представлено виробничу спільноту – робітників машинобудівних заводів у 1970–1980-х рр. Запропоновано
розглянути внутрішні просторові маркери символічного через аналіз заломлення пам’яті у персональних біографіях машинобудівників. Мова йде про внутрішній простір професії, до якого доступ
чужинців був обмежений. Ця локація збігається із поняттям "професійної чистоти", що дає можливість уникати не пов’язаних із професією тем. Саме такий тип комунікації переважає у робочому цеху, з актуалізованим контролем повсякденних взаємодій у межах професійного. Результати
дослідження дають змогу стверджувати, що символічне, як маркер професійного, було водночас
і дискурсом професійної прагматики та статусу, і об’єктом прив’язки ритуалів консолідації для
підтвердження спільноти працівників, і регулівною проекцією соціального контролю. Очевидно,
символічне у професійному дискурсі машинобудівників не обмежувалося пізньорадянським хронологічним контекстом і не було новим, але поставало таким, яке пересічна людина приймала
та була в ньому впевнена.
Іn the study of professional cultures, as special systems of meaning shared by the community of people working in an industrial enterprise, the question arises: how a new person in the professional community or organization gains and consolidates knowledge about the given culture, that is, forms their own professional discourse. To this end, there are already established social mechanisms of the professional, such as symbols, myths, rituals, language, and control. As a carrier of the professional tradition is represented by the manufacturing community: the late-Soviet machine-builders. The source base of the study includes memories of workers who worked at machine-building plants in the Donetsk region in the mid-1960s and mid-1980s, and whose professional experience allowed us to analyze and determine the mechanisms by which the symbolic workplace and environment were transformed into "their" professional space. This location coincides with the concept of "professional purity", which allows avoiding non-professional topics. This type of communication prevails in the workshop, with the actual control of daily interactions within the professional. The results of the study suggest that, symbolically, as a marker of professionalism, it was the object of binding rituals of consolidation, confirmation of the community of workers; the projection of social control in the space of professional; the discourse of "professional purity", pragmatics and status and an integral part of normal daily life, which must be considered in the context as meeting the production needs of workers, as well as the expression of emotions and the possibility of professional sublimation. Obviously, symbolic in the professional discourse of machine-builders was not limited to the late-Soviet chronological context and was not new but appeared to be something that the average person accepted and was sure of.
