| dc.description.abstract | In this coursework the basic lifespan of a startup or a regular project are described. Specific situations, which come up during building and managing the team are explained. There is also a description of the work done to create the app “Quarantine” . The idea of this app is just a fun for the users and money income for the developers from the adds banners inside the app. The preparations done before launching the app are also described below.
