dc.description.abstractThe present thesis aims to disclose the public diplomacy of human rights theme within the modern potential for cross-sectoral cooperation with an emphasis on the expert environment that does not belong to the government sector but can support it. The ultimate goal of this thesis is to present a new Ukrainian vision of human rights public diplomacy based on a holistic approach where each sector`s voice and expertise matters. It is worth mentioning that the author and the supervisor of this thesis deeply focused on the communications issue – and not only on its theoretical aspect but also on the practical aspect.
