dc.descriptionThe article presents an overview of world experi­ence in the application of instruments of financial support for modernization of the economy and accelerate growth of countries with different lev­els of economic development. The examples lie in three planes of studying international experi­ence - the experience of the past, current activi­ties and outlined European perspective. Given the characteristics of the current stage of devel­opment of the national economy highlighted les­sons, limitations and risks of the use of financial instruments of accelerated rehabilitation and modernization for Ukraine.en
dc.description.abstractУ статті представлено узагальнення сві­тового досвіду застосування інструмента­рію фінансової підтримки модернізації еко­номіки та прискорення темпів зростання країн із різним рівнем економічного розвитку. Наведено приклади, що лежать у трьох пло­щинах вивчення світової практики: досвіду минулого, сучасної діяльності, окреслених європейських перспектив. Ураховуючи осо­бливості сучасного етапу розвитку вітчиз­няної економіки, виділено уроки, обмеження та ризики застосування фінансових інстру­ментів прискореного відновлення і модерні­зації для України.uk
