dc.description.abstract | Substance abuse is an ongoing global public health issue. The impact of negative club-culture practices based on various anecdotal evidences are very disturbing and a cause of concern for public health safety and stability. In order to understand the depth of the impact of negative club-culture practices, several theoretical perspectives were explored and utilized and recommendations and strategies on how to contain and reduce this situation to it’s barest minimum were identified.
