dc.description.abstractУ роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управлінського контролю в системі менеджменту підприємства, проаналізовано витрати та переваги управлінського контролю. Визначено, що під управлінським контролем розглядається функції та методи контролю, що використовуються керівництвом задля досягнення зазначених критеріїв завдання. Представлено основні функції управлінського контролю, виявлено три основні їхні види. На основі використаної емпіричної бази висвітлено найпоширеніші парадигми управлінського контролю та наведені приклади вдалого та невдалого їх використання. Проаналізовано переваги та недоліки використання цих парадигм та зроблено аналіз використання корпоративної культури в системі управлінського контролю. Визначено ефект продуктивності робітників в організаціях з різним менеджментом та представлені результати аналізу кожної парадигми.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractВ работе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управленческого контроля в системе менеджмента предприятия, проанализированы расходы и преимущества управленческого контроля. Определено, что под управленческим контролем рассматривается функции и методы контроля, используемые руководством для достижения указанных критериев задачи. Представлены основные функции управленческого контроля, выявлено три основные их виды. На основе использованной эмпирической базы освещены наиболее распространенные парадигмы управленческого контроля и приведены примеры удачного и неудачного их использования. Проанализированы преимущества и недостатки использования этих парадигм и сделан анализ использования корпоративной культуры в системе управленческого контроля. Определены эффекты производительности рабочих в организациях с различным менеджментом и представлены результаты анализа каждой парадигмы.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe paper considers the theoretical aspects of management control in the management system of the enterprise, analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of management control. It is defined that management control is seen as a means of collecting and using information to assist and coordinate the planning and control decision-making process throughout the organization, and is used to manage the behavior of its managers and employees. The main functions of management control are presented and it is determined that thanks to such a function of management control as feedback, managers can get information about the process of the task and the moral and physical condition of employees, also identified three main types. The most common paradigms of managerial control are highlighted: 1. Red paradigm of managerial control – Constant demonstration of power by the leader in order to keep subordinates in subjection. The organization is held together by fear. Has a quick response, focused on shortterm goals. Thrive in chaotic environments. 2. Yellow paradigm of management control - High formalization of roles within the pyramid. Management and control is carried out from top to bottom (what to do and how to do it). Stability is valued above all and maintained through strict implementation of processes. The future is seen as a repetition of the past. 3. Orange paradigm of management control – overcoming competition, achieving profit and growth. Innovation is the key to staying ahead. Managementby goals (management and control over what to do; freedom in how exactly to do). 4. Green paradigm of management control – within the traditional pyramid structure focus on the delegation of authority to motivate employees. The advantages and disadvantages of using these paradigms are analyzed and the analysis of the use of corporate culture in the system of management control is made. The effect of worker productivity in organizations with different management is determined and the results of the analysis of each paradigm are presented.en_US
