Abstract
У статті авторами досліджено роль міжнародних інвестицій у відбудову України, зокрема в контексті розвитку будівельної галузі. Визначено основні переваги та виклики, що виникають при залученні іноземного капіталу в умовах воєнного конфлікту. Досліджено вплив сучасних будівельних технологій, таких як інформаційне моделювання будівель (BIM), дрони для моніторингу та 3D-друк, на ефективність реалізації відновлювальних проєктів. Запропоновано стратегії для покращення інвестиційного клімату в Україні, зокрема розробку політики, спрямованої на залучення іноземних інвестицій через публічно-приватне партнерство (PPP) та залучення міжнародних фінансових інститутів. Акцентовано на важливості забезпечення стабільності, надання гарантій інвесторам та розвитку інфраструктури. Визначено, що застосування новітніх технологій у будівництві дозволяє підвищити швидкість та якість відновлення інфраструктури, знижуючи витрати та ризики/

In this article, the authors examine in detail the important role of international investment in the process of rebuilding Ukraine, in particular in the context of the development of the construction industry, which is the main driver of the country's economic recovery after the devastating impact of hostilities. The study identifies The advantages include the possibility of obtaining the necessary financial resources for large-scale reconstruction projects, access to the latest technologies and innovative solutions, and the creation of a favorable investment climate that can attract additional investment in the construction sector. One of the important aspects of the study is the analysis of the impact of modern construction technologies on the efficiency of restoration projects in Ukraine. In particular, innovative technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), which allows for the creation of accurate building models, are discussed, which facilitates project planning and control. The possibilities of using drones to monitor construction sites and the use of 3D printing for the rapid construction of structures were also considered. The article proposes a number of strategies to improve the investment climate in Ukraine, including the development of policies aimed at attracting foreign investment through public-private partnerships (PPPs) and the involvement of international financial institutions such as the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The importance of ensuring stability in the country to attract international capital is emphasized. Predictable conditions, security guarantees and transparency will help create favorable conditions for investors. Particular attention is paid to the importance of infrastructure development for the effective use of foreign investment, as the availability of modern transport, energy, and communication infrastructure is critical for the implementation of large construction projects. The use of modern technologies and international investment are key factors for the successful reconstruction of Ukraine, which will not only ensure the restoration of the destroyed infrastructure but also create the preconditions for sustainable economic growth in the country in the future.
