dc.descriptionThe aim of the article is to study the state of quality of life of the population of Ukraine under martial law, to determine the main trends and prospects for its post-war development. The article identifies and analyzes the main components of the quality of life of the population on the basis of generalization of various scientific approaches, taking into account the availability, relevance and accuracy of statistical data. Several scientific approaches to the essence and components of the quality of life of the population are reflected: all these approaches are united by the understanding of the quality of life as a dualism of external factors and one’s own subjective assessment. The main groups of indicators of the quality of life of the population, on the basis of which the integral indicator can be calculated, are defined: demographic, incomes of the population, employment and unemployment, educational services, access to medical services, housing conditions, environmental. On the basis of the above mentioned groups of indicators, analytical and statistical data are analyzed and the problems are allocated. The biggest problem for Ukrainians, which affects and exacerbates problems in other areas, is the ongoing war, and our victory is a starting point for the restoration, development and improvement of the quality of life of the population of Ukraine. Significant obstacles to the development of the quality of life of the population are problems related to demography and the economy. Demographic problems are associated with the decline in the population of our country as a result of migration, the deaths of military and civilians in combat zones, attacks by missiles and Shahed drones of peaceful Ukrainian cities, the aging of the nation, and a decrease in the share of young people. Economic problems are caused by rising prices, inflation, a decrease in the purchasing power of the population, the destruction or closure of small and medium-sized businesses, and the loss of large industrial enterprises in the south and east of Ukraine. In the period of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, there is a prospect and forecast for the growth of most components of the quality of life of the population, though this process requires a number of measures, implementation of practical actions and social programs. First of all, it is necessary to develop the economy and labor market, support young people and small and medium-sized businesses. Secondly, it is necessary to direct the efforts of the State and relevant institutions to the development of education, culture and the social sphere in general. We should not forget about the development of the housing stock, improving the living conditions of citizens and ensuring environmental safety. All this is possible under the condition of high-quality interaction between the State, business and society.en_US
dc.description.abstractМетою статті є дослідження стану якості життя населення України в умовах воєнного стану, визначення основних тенденцій та перспектив повоєнного його розвитку. У статті визначено та проаналізовано основні складові якості життя населення на основі узагальнення різних наукових підходів, з урахуванням доступності, актуальності та точності статистичних даних. Відображено кілька наукових підходів до сутності та складових якості життя населення: усі ці підходи об’єднує розуміння якості життя як дуалізм зовнішніх факторів та власної суб’єктивної оцінки. Визначено основні групи індикаторів якості життя населення, на основі яких можна розрахувати інтегральний показник: демографічні, доходи населення, зайнятість та безробіття, освітні послуги, доступ до медичних послуг, житлові умови, екологічні. На основі вищезазначених груп індикаторів проаналізовано аналітико-статистичні дані та виокремлено проблематику. Найбільшою проблемою для українців, яка впливає і загострює проблеми в інших сферах, є війна, і наша перемога є точкою відліку для відновлення, розвитку та підвищення якості життя населення України. Значними перешкодами для розвитку якості життя населення є проблеми, пов’язані із демографією та економікою. Демографічні проблеми пов’язані зі зниженням чисельності населення нашої країни в результаті міграції, загибелі військових і цивільних у зонах бойових зіткнень, атак ракетами та "шахедами" мирних українських міст, старіння нації, зменшення частки молоді. Економічні проблеми зумовлені зростанням цін, інфляцією, зменшенням купівельної спроможності населення, руйнуванням або закриттям малого та середнього бізнесу, втратою великих промислових підприємств на півдні та сході. В період повоєнного відновлення України є перспектива та прогноз зростання більшості складових якості життя населення, але цей процес потребує ряду заходів, реалізації практичних дій і соціальних програм. Передусім необхідно розвивати економіку та ринок праці, підтримувати молодь і малий та середній бізнес. По-друге, потрібно спрямувати зусилля держави та відповідних інститутів на розвиток освіти, культури та соціальної сфери загалом. Не потрібно забувати про розвиток житлового фонду, поліпшення умов життя громадян і забезпечення екологічної безпеки. Це все реально за умови якісної взаємодії держави, бізнесу та суспільства.uk_UA
