| dc.description.abstract | Порівняння результатів генетичного аналізу сортів вівса посівного, що його виконано методами діалельного аналізу гібридів F1 та тесту сумісного шкалювання, визначило сферу оптимального застосування кожного з них. Кількісна оцінка генетичних параметрів, які формують фенотипові середні значення, у тесті сумісного шкалювання створює необхідні підстави для залучення генів-маркерів за якісними ознаками для пошуку QTLs, що контролюють ознаки з неперервною мінливістю. Зазначено комбінації схрещування, які є найбільш придатними для наступних досліджень з метою ідентифікації та локалізації головних генів мірних ознак. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | Comparing the results of genetic analysis of oat varieties with the method of diallel analysis of F, hybrids and with the joint scaling test the spheres of optimal application of both methods were determined. Quantitative estimation of genetic parameters forming the phenotypic averages in scaling test develops the necessary base for involvement of marker genes for qualitative characters in search of QTLs controlling the traits with continuous variation. The crosses being the most suitable for further investigation with the aim to identify and to allocate the main genes of quantitative traits are indicated. | en_US |
