dc.descriptionThe article is devoted to perfection of legislation about elections of folk deputies of Ukraine as preconditions of democratization of political participation. The analysis of Laws of Ukraine is carried out «About elections of folk deputies of Ukraine» 2001 and 2004 year with the amendments and supplements in 2005. Advantages, and also defects and lacks of introduction of the proportional system of elections, are analyzed in Supreme Soviet of Ukraine.en
